On 20/20 the had a segment on provigil (modafinil). They said the Army compared provigil and caffeine and found caffeine to be just as effective as provigil. I have a whole bunch of stay alert gum and am going to get some more. I don't like the cinnamon flavor, and it's a bit bitter. I wish they had spearamint flavor to counter my dragon breath as well.
