Bivvy Wear Thats the only link I could find for it. Mine is OD green, and has the bottoms & hood as well. Not sure if its the same gear, but its what I found.

As far as heating the bottles before putting them in the bag; good idea, but the stove didnt want to work. So, I suffered through it. Pee in a bottle wouldve been great...but, I emptied my bladder prior to turning in. good idea though, I will try that next time! EDIT: here's a better link
