Stumbled across the website of Homeland Responder Training Network. From their About section: "Homeland Responder is a web based video information network that delivers real stories and lessons of preparedness, response and recovery to the Nation's citizen emergency services sector."

Most of the videos are aimed towards 'professional responders' but found several that were of personal interest: Video Archives List. Found this video informative; hosted on the site, but doesn't appear on the master list: Sheltering in Place: Psychological Impact.
