Thanks everyone! It was a heck of a trip, though much easier than when we went over for DD1. As for the chair in the picture, I have no idea what it was made of as it was in the Chinese Adoption Office. DD1 got to hold DD2 before I did (she is very good at getting what she wants!). Of course, DD1 was less than thrilled when she realized daddy sometimes had to carry DD2.

The whole family is still wiped out with jet-lag. Man, that's a killer, especially coupled with my insomnia. I haven't slept more than three hours in the last four days. On the plus side, the resulting hallucinations have been quite entertaining. <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I'm used to everyone telling us how beautiful DD1 is but she's going to have stiff competition from DD2. I think my collection of knives and surplus military rifles should cool the nads of any boys who want to date them, though I also plan on following Benjamin's lead on raising wildcat girls who can handle themselves.

Even through the jet-lag, poopy diapers, screaming siblings and a lovely Chinese sinus infection I am smiling so hard my face hurts. I'll be putting a bunch of pictures and stories about the trip up on my blog but this'll take a few days.
