Oh More about the "IMAGE" word in the title. What I meant is what kind of image do you try to give the other party when you first meet them ?? Do you try to show how friendly you are so that you avoid any kind of friction (or even win new friends) or do you show the image of a super-tough Rambo so that they do not think of harming you ?
