What specific blunt tip knife are you refering to? I thought that a folder with 2 blades would be good. One blade normal point, one blade serrated with rescue type point. AFAIK, this does not exist. I have a knife with a hook blade which is supposed to cut clothing, but it doesn't work very well at all.
