This is my FAK, used for everyday cuts and scrapes. It has been adapted so it can also be used as a survival medical-kit.

The emphasis is on bandages and dressings( medicines aren't freely available in The Netherlands, so there on prescription)

Contents from upper left corner: 6 gauze pads, 1 space-blanket, 1 triangulair bandage, nylon pouch, ointment pads (no antibiotic), 1 pair vinyl examination-gloves, 10 steri-strip, 2 small quick- dressings, 2 elastic bandages, 10 paracetamol (Acethaminophen) 500 mg, Betadine ointment 30 gr, 1 #22 scalpel blade, 1 small scissor, 1 roll tape, 1 pair tweezers, 1 click-away (itch-refief), 5 safety-pinns, 8 band-aids medium, 1 flexible-thermometer, 1 cpr-face shield, 9 alcohol prep-pads, 1 disinfection wipe, 2 ORS, 1 assortiment of bandages (small/medium/large/finger are all waterproof).
Not displayed, but included is also a 10cm piece of clear plastic tubing.

Any comments?

BTW: This is not the FAK that I use in my larger survival kit.
