Not having to take food and water is one of the perks of bugging out to my inlaws home. Grandma takes great care of us. <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> But, I always bring cash so we can go to grocery store as soon as we arrive.

Not to say we don't have some food and water for the trip. The added benifit of carrying reduced consumable supplies is more room in the vehicle for other keepsakes.
