I realize this thread was started 5 years ago, however the non-kit kit topic is still a very good one. I suggest that you consider spliting things up:
Wallet Emergency Pocket Survival (credit card) kit. Add single edge razor blade to existing disk compass, Magnifying Lens, First Aid & Survival Instructions
Key Chain: Photon,Boy Scout mini Flint & Striker.
"Money Clip" Actually your pocket knife with metal clip for folded bills.
Wrist Watch Add compass to band, or use multi sensor watch.
For additional carring capacity consider lanyard under your shirt with pouch. Also works for small fire arms or neck knife.
In addition a "money belt" type inside waist pack and/or a "ankle holster" type pack works too . I use a combination of the above depending on the occasion and the type clothing and equipment I want to carry. A loose fitting outside sport shirt covers a lot of sins.
