I feel your pain. I have family members as well that generally turn their nose up at the whole "survival" ideal. But, while she may not be interested I tend to agree that if you keep talking the talk some of the information will sink in. At the very least the idea of a Photon on her keychain may be achievable if you frame it from the standpoint that she can find the lock on her car. Keep the faith. My cousin once scoffed at the idea of hunting..."Why would I need to..that's what stores are for". But then I got him to go with me, he made his first kill and now he is one of my best hunting partners. The message will get through. For my family it only took a couple of lengthy power outages during ice storms and tornado season to see the light. Perhaps that's all your sister needs.
