Thanks for all of the reccomendations. The Spec Ops and Maxpedition pouches look handy. I am going to look pretty hard at them. The Spec Ops BDU Pocket Organizer thing would be a little large for jeans, I think, but nonetheless, is a neat idea.

The Rip Offs and Nite Ize pouches seem to be a little more low key, and slightly smaller. I am going to compare the specs of all the options mentioned. Last night, the clerk at a local gas station had a Nite Ize carrier, so I was glad to get a look at it. Thought that was interesting.

As far as the Potable Aqua and aluminium goes, I've heard similar reports elsewhere, but have not seen evidence or even heard of an account of this happening. I think it may be a little like the big scare a few years back about cooking in aluminium. Turned out to not be a big deal. Not to down play your suggestion, I appreciate your concern, but I have little fear of this happening.
