I think you can get 1000 9mm FMJs for around $225 in the US, that is more than enough ammunition for the SAS Pistol shooting course. The MoD are and have been very stingy when it comes to training ammunition. That is about the same price as a morning round of Golf at St Andrews and a few pints of beer in the Afternoon.
