Just received the above mentioned as a gift from either my MIL or BIL (that is how we do it in our family - no surprises, but everyone gets something really useful and desired). No news really to members of this forum, but it is a dandy and useful blade. It came shaving sharp and ready to go. I really appreciated the concise pamphlet that accompanied the knife - word for word, one of the most better treatments of the subject, short of a lengthy volume.

Christmas is coming, so you might want to consider something like this for a deserving individual (like yourself??). Do get the genuine article. The local cheapo sporting goods store advertised knockoffs for $10. Spend a little more and get the real thing....
