this was suggested in an earlier thread by someone wiser than I. A leatherman or visegrip might serve the same purpose, of opening the handle-less security hose taps on the outside of commercial buildings. A prohibitively heavy, bigger wrench might be necessary to access fire hydrants, and anyway its hard to fill a water bottle from them without getting damp.
