The University of Florida, in Gainseville, FL, puts on a WIlderness First Aid Course. It is $75 (including the manual) for 2 days. It is held at Lake Wauburg (which I believe it is on their campus).

The next two sessions are February 7 and 8, 2004; and April 3 and 4, 2004. You can mail payments to:

I don't remember who actually sponsors the program, its a nationally recognized group. You can call and find out.

I'm not affiliated with the school or the group, only posting as I am going to register for the February dates, and I've seen a few posts regarding where to get Wilderness First Aid courses.
