To all the posters in Aussieland or Kiwiland. According to the dude with the calculator, it's all supposed to start at at 6pm local - don't kow if he figured for DST or not - regardless - it will hit y'all first.
I heard him on the radio and apparently he's quite concerned with the time zones. He says 5:59pm EST is the beginning of the end.
