We took the Beavers hiking last night and the Scouts met us mid-way with a roaring campfire. they treated us to what they called "oatmeal pie cookies". Take two crunchie oatmeal cookies, slather pie filling between them. (we has cherry and blueberry) Then wrap in foil and roast on the coals, turning frequently, until the cookies feel soft. mmMM!
