Seriously, thanks for thinking of us, but are you sure this is cool?

A resolution rebate for a single customer is good business, but I don't know that a business could or should apply that across the board.

At the very least, the first person who wants this should PM and then the offer should be taken off the table. Seems fair to me.

No offence intended, I may be off base. Just wonderin' out loud.
