Now I have to ask,

Having been in the fire service, how many water rescues have you had to make?

You know I am being the devil's advocate, but I see no PFD's or rescue equipment should someone "float away".

I assume the camera operator was standing on the rescue stuff incase it was needed.

Again, great job on the clean up.
