Thanks, that info is particular relevant for me in California. There are about one hundred survival books to buy on Amazon.com. This free reference looks to be more relevant for my particular situation.
Based on your link, I discovered that there are free CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) courses throughout California. I plan to take a course in August.
