Nah...I just learned that I actually can't skip my every-other-day jog on the treadmill or 3 mile run outside. That's all that happened here - added intake (all in all over the weekend I had like 3 beers, an apple muffin, some berry pie and a few other treats when I know darn well that I can have treats - in moderation. And beer - wow does beer stick with me. Fortunately, I'm a very light drinker, so it's not like it's some big hardship to cut back on beer or wine.

And, of course, I did weigh in this AM, and sure enough...175...but I'm not going to check again until next Monday.

It's all good, feeling great.
