26 April 2010 - 189 lbs. Kid's birthday party this weekend and WAAAY too much yummy pizza...but was able to work it off on Sunday.

Legs getting MUCH stronger now, went biking with my 11yo son who normally beats me handily up the hills - now HE was telling me to slow down!

Next: Mid Body/Abs need to get into the mix a little more, need to get that fat gut moving along.
