Just barely made it.
Muscle mass is - slowly - starting to build.
Just found out that I have 10 unexpected days off due to an accounting error (on my part) for the last 4 years, and I need to use them up, so I'm taking Fridays off for the summer and plan to do some serious biking...much easier on my knees and hips than jogging.
