Monday, April 12 2010: 192 Lbs. Biked a little (with kids, so it's not a long ride, maybe 6 miles total) Chopped a LOT of wood this weekend, 50% Ash (easy!) and 50% Hickory (NOT easy) all at ~28" lengths. Hickory FIGHTS the maul. Gained some upper body size for sure. Ate crap food at the movies Saturday ("Date Night" with Tina Fay and Steve Carell - lots of fun) order and they bring you pizza to your seats! Still well ahead of target, waiting for "leveling" effect to kick in as muscle vs. fat weights start to do battle. People are starting to notice loss. Pants starting to feel droopy.
