Place the cooler in the trunk, and run the wiring to the PV in the rear window of the car?
Kinda a stretch I know, but an idea...
The manufacturer website says the cooler draws 48 watts. The solar charger puts out 1.8 watts. You'd need 27 of them to run it. How big's your back window?
