Tragically my Corolla has a piddly little spare tire and no room to fit a full size tire.
Have you beat Izzy, my car that has a spare is a Mazda Miata. Little car, itty bitty spare. It doesn't have the smallest trunk that i have ever seen but it ranks right up there. The hardship of driving cool cars is very little trunk space.
