The "real" southernmost point is in Hawaii. It's breezy as all get-out too, suprisingly chilly given that a mile away is probably a good 20 degrees warmer. It's kind of off the beaten path, but on the map, so I was suprised that my family and I were the only ones there. There's also a nearby winery (which makes lots of tropical fruit wines), which is fun to stop in if nearby. It's also the true reason for our little jaunt in that direction
