Four multi-day hikes, we carry coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Coffee is made in a 2 cup percolator over a backpacker stove or open campfire depending on weather and forestry fire danger ratings in warmer months.

This same percolator is used to heat water for the coffee or tea when needed.

Our usual usage:
Mornings and lunch: coffee
Dinner and evenings sitting around the fire: tea and hot chocolate.

For single day hike, coffee carried in a thermos (this was discussed in another recent thread).
