Well... I got the keys today, and officially escrow has been closed.

Let the long hours, wallet emptying fun start!
New roof next week, I got a new toilet, hot water heater, 200ft of drainage tube, new well pressure tank all in 1 day!! And if you saw my other post my gate electrics are on the way too.

I`ll be updating the blog now that escrow is done and over with too.
