Stearns is a good brand. do you live anywhere near a shop like Bass Pro, Cabela, or Dicks Sporting Goods? Even Walmart has some decent basic ones for sale. you pretty much need to try it on for fit. Also, the key thing is to WEAR IT at all times on the water. Very few people drown who are wearing life jackets.
