I placed an order for several small items with CountyComm last week.
The order arrived and one item was missing. I contacted CC and explained what was missing, asking to credit my account for the
next order. Didn't seem worth it to spend more more on shipping than the missing item cost. CC shipped me the missing item as well as an extra.
Great service from CountyComm.

Update. Just got an email from Nick at CC. Both he and his partner corrected the problem and there is a second "missing" item on the way.

I once got one of those random "missing items" out of the blue. It was 100ft of electrical wire to wire outlets in your home. I think the mistake cost them so muhc to ship it to me they didn't want to pay shipping back. smile

I am glad you are getting good service. I placed an order last year and had a piece missing. After three phone calls and three mails and many months later, still no item. They offered to credit me on the phone, but I wanted the item. They said they would send it. So far, nothing. I recently placed another order and emailed Nick again to see if they could include the previously missing piece. He hasn't replied. So we will see when the package arrives.
