I want to make my own backpack liners made of 2 mil visqueen. What waterproof tape would work for this?

Duct tape is waterproof and strong.

That rescue tape is awesome stuff, however it doesn't actually stick. It only sticks to itself, hence all the ad copy on the website says "stretch, wrap, rescue". So if you wrap it around something onto itself, it will bond to itself.

Really, really cool stuff.
