How many members are from Arizona? I have an ulterior motive--Doug lives in Chandler, and I am wondering if we could lure him out to get together with us if we bribed him with a great FREE dinner??? Anyone else interested?

Quite a feat if you can swing it, considering what Doug's schedule appears to be. That said, he's gotta eat sometime, why not with us? I would be delighted to participate if it can be arranged.
BTW, while I have your attention, if you didn't see my post here a few weeks ago, and are interested, Gene Ward speaks at Phoenix-area REI's in about one month.

Cmon, there must be more AZ members out there??? Cmon out of the woodwork, and lets see if we cant get Doug to have a short, informal meeting with us--I personally would really like to meet Doug. Who all was at PV REI to see Gene Ward Monday 9/19/05? I was there. I was the guy that said iodine will corrode the ferro rod and suggested coating it with clear nail polish. My wife pointed out that there are seldom two trees close together in the desert to tie a tube tent.
