Yet another fault in California with the potential to rupture. We can be certain it will let go in due course, but we just don't know when (given the present state of knowledge).

It would be a good idea to keep your gas tank full, because petroleum might be scarce, and prices would most likely rise. For millions of people, that will be far down their list of problems.
