We have recently identified a very serious infringement of the Equipped To Survive trademark, as well as a separate case of substantial plagairism from the ETS site for commercial purposes. We have now reached the point that we are going to have to take legal action in the trademark infringement case in order to get the infringer's attention and prove we are serious, and hopefully get this matter settled. As a non-profit, funds are very limited and I thought that perhaps if we had any lawyers or anyone with close legal ties that frequented the forum and appreciated what we do, that they might be interested in assisting us.
