if i remeber correctly, a few years ago, they said a mayor eatherquak has a 60% of acurring in California with in 30 years. If you live in a eathquack zone, make sure you house will survive, if it can't now, than retrofit it so it can. Most houses can be retrofitted for very little money. And equip your self, but i don't have to explain that to you, right ?

Last week was "earthquake weather."
There is a time of year when the seasons change and we go from a bit of a cool climate to a warm, almost oppressive heat that last 3-7 days, such as it was last week.
I am sure there is an official explanation, but many of us have come to call it "earthquake weather." Not easy to explain, but just a feeling in the air as the cold weather turns hot a bit too fast and there is an uneasiness that one feels.

I am about 1 mile from the beach and I figure if I live here long enough, I will have beachfront property. It may only be for a fraction of a second, but I will.

Here in Ohio we have tornado weather, i.e. when the conditions are right.

Don't they predict there will soon be an earthquake in CA at least a couple times a week?

Certainly not a major quake at this point, but an earthquake was reported this morning, about 9 miles West of LAX airport.
Precursor?
