Does anyone here post on the Backpacker.com message board? The Trailhead Register thread is always interesting.

Sounds like a forum worth visiting if I could find it. I must have found at least 6 forums all claiming to be for backpackers, but as in the case of "backpackers.com" they were in japanese, or empty or all the messages were very old and not very informative.
Guess what I'm trying to say is: could you post the link in your next post please.

i'm on a uk based bushcraft site, called unsuprisingly bushcraft uk chris is on there as well.

Same here, I was looking at the site the other day, couldn't seem to find much information. Now I know there is a forum <img src="images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />.

Just looked up that site myself after seeing your comments. Seems to be rather polite, they have a nice set of forum rules up front when you register.

Yes, I post @ Backpacker.com. Most of the time I'm on the ultralight forum.
