For me its my weekly gaming nite on friday's with the wife. Yup, I corrupted her and made her into a gaming dork. Going shooting, knocking back a few beers and throwing darts, heading out to Dairy Queen for a strawberry sundae, my pets (not Cocoa, she drives me insane, but Cooper the other dog is great), playing video games and fishing. Going out to eat once a week with the wife has been replaced by her cooking and entertaining friends Saturdays and Sundays. And, to quote my wife "buying boy scout survivalie crap" laugh

Family and friends help keep me grounded. Just the other night I did some karaoke with some buddies from work. Good times.

I'm also a huge movie buff, and I'm into puzzle books, and I find that one of the puzzles or a comedy after a rough day at the plant is very relaxing.

I adjust and debrief in similar ways except that I can't carry a tune even if it had handles. I only sing to the air when NO ONE is NEAR!!! I don't want to be responsible for anyone's hearing loss!!!!!

Being a sailor, I believe the best debriefing is via: heavy drinking, whoring on liberty, and smoking like "a cold Paxman-Valenta Diesel Engine"!!!!!

Not that I would actually ever do anything like that,,,,,Just ask Benjammin, he knows what I mean,,,,we'd often go to church meetings when making a Port of Call!!!!!! But we'd see the Wild children doing their drinking and fornicating stuff while walking to the local church!!!!!

Back me up here Ben, Please!!!!

The all time best for me is fishing. Crappie is my brand, followed by trout.

I can cuss in three languages. I can only speak one fluently.

I read, a lot.
I have homework, or sleep-aids, depending on your point of view.
I have two Irish Wolfhounds. They take me for romps all over town.

I like walking, just not at a really fast rate towards a small fuzzy object that has suddenly remembered that it left the stove on and is running for dear life to turn it off.

Gardens, mowing, yard work helps me remember my sanity.

I find sharpening things relaxing. Machete, knifes, lawnmower blades, whatever.

This is an Irish Wolfhound. The guy is the same height as me.

Working out at the gym. Physical stress tends to balance out mental stress. Helped me get through my job required swim qual too.

Long drives in the country at night.

Attending local brass pole dancing events.

Turning perfectly good wood into piles of sawdust.
