I caught a couple of episodes this weekend, pretty cool. One episode I watched they designed an outside high rise evac elevator using magnets, another episode was an earthquake proof house.

They have two different teams approaching the goal from different directions to see what works best.

Kinda like Mythbusters but more for disaster/escape/prevention situations.

Yeah they blow stuff up too (Blast). It's on the Discovery channel.

Yes it is very similar to Mythbusters but more along the lines of developing things to cope with disasters/emergencies and such. I do agree with you that MB is awesome.

Good show though.
