I ordered from these guys a few months ago. Picked up a Becker BK7 for about $45 and a SwissTech UtiliKey for $8.00. No tax for CA and $4.50 for shipping from TX. Prices were the best I found, and the turn around time was about two-three weeks from placing order to it showing up at my door. <br><br>HOWEVER . . . <br><br>I too was in a similar situation.<br><br>Placed the order, and got the canned automated website reply saying order placed.<br><br>I expected another reply from them to indicate some sort of shipping date or tracking #, etc . . . but never got one. <br><br>After about a week I sent an email inquiry. Didn't get a response and was about to send another one a week later saying WTF, but the package showed up on my door and the post mark was like a day or so before my earlier inquiry.<br><br>So to sum it up, GREAT prices, I wasn't burned, (maybe a little hot under the collar) but their customer service model could use work. <br><br>I would order from them again based on the prices, but it would be nice to at least get some sort of personal reply that my order has been received, the shipping progress, have a nice day, thanks for your business, etc . . .<br><br>If it has been more than a month, you may want to contact your CC company to dispute charges as earlier stated.<br><br>Hope this helps!<br>
