I'm in the SE so we probably won't see any ash, unless in the rain. But I doubt it.

Dang... I was hoping to catch it during the day with the webcam. The eruptions occurred at night so there wasn't any good video of it. And heck... all those months of 2x daily watching (monitoring) went for naught!

I understand that the wind is blowing the ash towards Denali and not Anchroage but there are aircraft warnings for the area.

yea, most of it is going north and east, canada should get some. Most of the stuff going on in Anchorage is mostly pre-cautionary, you know how our winds are up here.

If a volcano erupts and there are no pictures, did it really erupt? This is killing me, I've been following this period of unrest for months!
