So, for those waiting I did update my blog with pictures of our house we purchased.

The pictures show the house how we got it, and w/out any work being done.

We technically did work prior to close of escrow and I`ll have those pics and more posted soon.

As we've had the house almost 2 full weeks now it's transformed a lot already, the downstairs is almost 100% gutted minus the kitchen and floors in the kitchen/living area.

Bathroom is 100% gutted with some new stuff already in, waiting on floor and drywall to finish install of the rest.

We've installed 3 new doors (outside) on the house, have a 4th for the garage to do and an inside solid core to install between mud-room and house too.

The roofers are finishing today/tomorrow and then we have a new roof on the house and garage with new gutters too. Talk about a nightmare, it rained after they papered and it was SUPPOSED to be water proof... it leaked some and drywall got wet.. great more drywall to replace!!!

Anyway, we've made good progress I've put 120 miles a day on my truck for the last 2 weeks! Long long days with work and the house that's for sure.

We've almost cleared a 1/2 acre right behind the house completely to have a nice open/view area and be ready for snow.

This weekend we hope to get the floor in the bathroom, some drywall, clear/bear some down wood piles from when they sold lumber, and do other things.

Wow, so much to do.

I`ll update again soon smile
