Hey,

I know that a lot of you guys (and girls) here are trained as emts or higher. I was just wondering, if any of you know if there are any red cross classes that teach c-spine immobilization. It is a skill that I have been wanting to learn. If it is only taught at the emt level, then i can learn it, but not get certified, and my learning would come from the web. I am thinking that maybe it is taught in the Emergency response class, or maybe in the Wilderness First Aid course.
