So just to alert everyone my house buying experience has been going VERY BAD.

Lender is very very TIGHT, and is really dragging things out and make me jump through hoops.

It has nothing to do with my income, or qualifying.. it has to do 100% with the HOUSE, what it has, where it's at, etc... Oh, and it's appraised for 50k more than our loan amount, ya they are STINGY.

So, that's why I've been away lately to much to deal with between that, work, my own work, and my brother just getting married.

Crazy last couple days, and crazy weeks in the past and more to come!!
