I was out Christmas shopping the other day and found a genuine Micro Photon in the local surplus store. I scooped it up right away, along with an extra battery for mine. It was only the third time I've had to change it in all time I've had it, I realized that that's been more than ten years now.

I first read about them here on ETS before I became a member, and it's been around my neck and used almost daily ever since. I looked for Doug's version, but to settle for the less spiffy model. I just wanted to say thanks for the heads up and recommendation! And - I totally recommend these as stocking stuffers!
