Well, maybe not the traditional "Pressure Cooker"... it does use pressure, (in this case from a big rock), and it does cook, over hot coals.

We were teaching the boys how to use different cooking methods last weekend. We were camping Friday - Sunday, tried a bunch of techniques. This one uses a grate over the fire, and a couple boards, the bottom one wrapped in aluminum foil, along with a large heavy rock.

You take chicken breasts, rub some dry seasoning all over them, and put them on the grate. Then you place the boards wrapped in aluminum foil on top of the breasts. Put a big rock on top of it all, and you have... a pressure cooker!

The chicken comes out kinda like blackened cajun food, it's really delicious. The boys weren't interested in the process, but, once they tasted it, they wanted to do another batch!

This is what it looks like all stacked up:

Here we removed the rock and boards to check it:

Not quite ready yet, but, another 10 minutes and it's yummy!
