Certain aspects, though, always end up being problematic.
Deals tend to be local or regional, based on a retailer's strategy.
Worse, though, is that search engine spiders will find a "good deals" section. Then, the shills and spammers descend on the site like a pack of wild dogs.
CandlePowerForums (CPF) has a good deals section, but you need to log in to even view the categories. I assume this is to fend off the spiders and spammers.
So, I'm afraid, a "good deals" section just means doubling the workload of our moderators. That's a lot to ask.
