I was cruising the Web for some scientific information and ran across a site giving a list of science experiments for kids. Most were ho-hum, but the one that caught my eye was the one on frozen bubbles.

It seems that if you make bubbles with a wand and bubble soap (soapy water with a bit of glycerin added) during sub-freezing weather, the bubbles will freeze and roll along the ground. This sounds like so much fun! And here it is, 40-50F here.

If anyone tries it, let me know if you have to be careful when you drop them == do they break?
