Just saw a Wired
article about a credit card-sized microreactor that an Oregon State University professor developed. You just pump vegetable oil through this microreactor, and voila! You have instant biodiesel, without any of the mixing in of other chemicals or waiting for the mixture to react. Of course, you'd need more than one microreactor generate enough biodiesel for even a single person's needs, but the possibilities of the technology down the road are intriguing. Don't leave home without it! <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
