Hopefully this goes better than when I posted it on ZombieSquad. We got to meet R. Lee Ermey Saturday at my favorite gun store here in town. He was really nice and had everyone laughing. I know his politics may not be for everyone but I admire the guy for speaking his mind.

He even signed a pic I printed to send to a friend who's active duty USMC right now, plus my copy of FMJ.

A friend met R. Lee at a NRA conference and spoke highly of the experience. I would like to meet him someday too. His Drill Instructor role in FMJ is exactly what a DI was in 1966 when I went in the army, I mean exactly! Nowadays they are all PC.

One guy brought a tissue box and he signed it "To Jack Wagon, mayor of Mamby-Pamby Land". I thought that was hilarious. He was cracking jokes the whole time and even gave me grief for using my fiance's PINK iPhone to take her pic with (my phone sucks) lol.
